Greetings, I'm Dr. Mack. After a fulfilling stint in manufacturing, I transitioned to a career where I could harness my innate gift for aiding others. While my practice encompasses a broad spectrum of psychological concerns, my primary focus lies in addressing sexual trauma, sexual-related issues, pain management, and interpersonal challenges. Armed with a Ph.D. in sexology, a master's in clinical psychology, a diverse array of complementary qualifications beyond the psychology realm and certified as an A.A.S.E.T Certified Sex Therapists. , I bring a multifaceted approach to therapy.

Appalachian Christian Counseling is a non-denominational Christian outreach to individuals and families in crisis founded by Thaddeus and Joyce Noto in the Tri-Cities, Tennessee. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS-S) and approved supervisor, seeing patients in person and via telehealth. I offer individual, family, and group therapy at my practice. I am regularly inspired by the individuals and families I see for therapy, and am humbled by the fact I am someone with whom they choose to share their greatest pain, their deepest secrets, and meaningful epiphanies about the world in which they live. At Within Holistic Counseling, we believe in getting to the root of the problem.
