After something like that (childhood/adult abuse, fire, flood, tornado grief, etc) we change the way we see the other people, the world in general but especially how we see ourselves. It all gets twisted. And there are ways to untwist the impact of trauma. I am sometimes away with American Red Cross volunteering in Disaster Mental Health.

When it comes to working with clients, I believe that it can sometimes become difficult for anyone to truly accomplish tough obstacles or identify exactly what it is that is causing their triggers. Even when those triggers are identified, they still may not know how to manage those challenges.
