You're a go-getter. You value hard work and enjoy pushing yourself to accomplish your goals. You don't want to lose your drive, you just want to figure out how to strategically manage anxiety, stress, and perfectionism so they help instead of hurt you. Continuing to achieve is important to you and I'm not going to encourage you to put out that fire. Instead, we'll find tools to help you regulate your anxiety and shift unhelpful beliefs. We'll explore your values and identify action steps to help you live a life in alignment with what matters most to you.

Sometimes, it seems there isn't anyone to call. No friend can articulate a plausible explanation, alternative, or direction for what you are experiencing. The loneliness you feel on the inside, no matter how many people are around you daily, leads you to feel isolated even when you are a part of the crowd. Even when you do try to express, it is difficult for you to open up as the depths of your distress make you consider and reconsider how much you should share. You feel like you cannot come up with the answer and you're tired. All you desire is perspective and progress. All you want is to feel adequate, competent, and accomplished.

We heal best in the presence of others. A trusting relationship is key to this process and you’ve already taken one of the most difficult steps…to let another into this space with you. Everyone can benefit from shared space and time with a neutral ally. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds with various relational needs. My clients describe me as approachable, present, empathetic, authentic, knowledgeable, & candid. Understanding our relational patterns, the impacts of our experiences, & our nervous system cues are essential in shaping new ways of being.

If you're feeling uncertain of your direction, "stuck" in your situation, and overwhelmed by the daily stress in your life, I would love the opportunity to help. I use several different approaches to therapy depending on your individual needs, and can help by working to identify and change unhealthy patterns, establish positive goals, and learn to minimize symptoms that act as a barrier between who you are now, and who you want to be.
