As a former USAF Combat Medic and civilian paramedic with over two decades of experience, I have dedicated my life to serving others in times of crisis. Witnessing the toll that trauma takes on individuals firsthand, I made the profound decision to transition from the front lines of emergency response to the forefront of mental health care. Driven by the loss of my comrades and friends to the silent battles of PTSD, I embarked on a new journey to make a difference in a different capacity.

As a therapist, I desire to help others to heal from trauma, trials, and pain. We can sometimes carry our past with us in our bodies, and not realize it. If we do not properly process those past hurts, trials and traumas we continue to carry them with us through life. By working with clients to process those hurts, those past memories will no longer be triggers, but to just be a memory. I believe that there can be healing, and it is my desire to help others through that process.

I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship or work re-lated issues. I enjoy clients whom are eager to learn and have a desire to make positive change. My approach is solution orientated and offers my clients the porper enviornment and feedback for gaining greater awareness, understanding and sensitivity of themself and others. Togehter we will address what may be blocking you from making necessary change or what is getting in the way of you developing the types of skills required for creating change. With willingness and commitment my clients can expect to improve and experience more positive outcomes.

I know that seeking help can be overwhelming and there are many qualified individuals who could help you, but you need a therapist who is a good fit for you. Consider if I am this "good fit". I believe I have the unique ability to connect with my clients, and they with me. This can be done through empathy. Empathy is the experience of understanding another persons thoughts, feelings, and conditions from their point of view. I work hard at doing this with every individual and their unique experiences. As a mental health therapist, I enjoy working with individual adults and teenagers, as well couples. I want to help provide space for people to heal and improve their lives, and I work toward this by viewing each client as unique individuals and tailoring counseling to fit their goals and needs. I particularly enjoying working with people who are working to resolve trauma and issues with emotional regulation.

The clients I work best with are those who are wanting change, or curious to see what they could change, to improve their own mental health, and relationships. I work well with clients who recognize that "something" needs to change, even if they don't know what that "something" is yet. A client should hopefully come to the first session with some kind of goal, even if that goal is as simple as, "I want to feel less depressed/anxious/stuck/reactive/addicted."

In the past, Mark has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly and in residential treatment settings, inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, drug rehab, nursing homes and hospice settings. Outside of his career as a therapist, Mark enjoys hiking, swimming, classic cars and gardening. He is also committed to lifelong learning and, on occasion, pushing his comfort level by taking on new challenges to further expand his own life experience. Dr. Robin C. Campbell is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee who has been practicing since 2012. Dr. Campbell has extensive training in marital and family therapy, grief counseling, cognitive therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, and Couples with Trauma and Addiction issues; she also has experience leading Celebrate Recovery which started under Pastor Rick Warren. Additionally, she has worked for the department of corrections for incarcerated drug offenders, where she conducted individual counseling and group 12-Step meetings.

I specialize in helping individuals and families heal from and cope with the impact of issues like trauma, abuse, grief, loss, adoption, attachment problems, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting challenges, family conflict, relationship struggles, and postpartum and women's issues. Jenni has extensive experience working with clients affected by emotional trauma. She is trained in EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and Brainspotting, which she uses to help clients process through trauma. She has a certificate in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She also has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
