I work primarily with adolescents, college students, and young adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, family issues, and dealing with life's difficult transitions. I view it as an honor to walk alongside others through pain in their journey toward growth and healing.

I enjoy working with all ages, and have extensive experience helping clients who have experienced trauma and anxiety. I love helping children who are in foster care and/or who have been adopted, and also with adults who have experienced a traumatic childhood. It is very satisfying to watch someone overcome the obstacles that have kept them from enjoying life and reaching their highest potential.

I strive to create a warm, empathetic, understanding and, most importantly, collaborative environment. Working together, we will tackle life’s challenges—whether they may be problems of anxiety, self-esteem, or unhealthy patterns of behavior. I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, OCD, phobias, eating disorders, and life transitions. I also work with transgender individuals. My background is in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my hope is to help you live a more meaningful life.

I work primarily with teenagers and adults who are dealing with the effects of trauma, grief, anxiety, anger and other issues. I work to provide a safe, calm, validating and non-judgmental presence, and want you to feel comfortable coming in for a first session.

I am a therapist who has primarily worked with mothers who have a history of addiction. I am very passionate about working with individuals who are curious about their behavioral patterns, are driven to better themselves by asking those difficult questions, and ready to break generational cycles of trauma or addiction. I believe that addiction and mental health go hand in hand. Although individuals have sought services for substance use, there was work to be done with trauma, depression, anxiety, etc. I primarily work with teens and adults, and I especially enjoy serving the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and international communities.

Zachary Martin received his master's degree from California State University Bakersfield. Zachary has experience in child welfare, healthcare, and university settings. He has worked with adolescents, adults, and geriatric. His primary population has been college age patients. Zachary seeks to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with clients. He believes that therapy should be an enjoyable experience that is full of interesting conversations, enlightenment, emotional growth and even humor. Zachary draws from cognitive behavioral, solution focused, narrative, psychodynamic, and mindfulness.

I am a licensed psychologist providing both psychotherapy and testing services for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for ADHD, Autism, Learning Differences, and associated psychological concerns. Testing appointments are provided on weekends so you don't have to miss school or work, and I provide results from a strengths-based and therapeutic assessment framework, with the goal of empowering you to thrive and succeed after receiving diagnostic clarity. My goal is to make the testing process as engaging, illuminating, and empowering as possible!

I am Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty 28 years of experience working with adults, children and families. I am a graduate of U T Chattanooga with a BS in Psychology and a MEd. in Community Counseling I also did some graduate work at Florida State and University of Houston.. I have both personal and professional experience with parenting, stepfamilies, divorce issues, adoption and reunification, and the adjustment issues which challenge families today.I am an advocate for the LGBTQ community. I am passionate about educating ,coaching and empowering my clients to make the best choices for their unique selves.

I am a proud Appalachian American, living in East Tennessee with my husband and our three boys. Twelve years ago, I began working with individuals of varying abilities and diverse diagnoses. Populations served range from children with Autism Spectrum Disorder to adults with dual diagnosis and adolescents healing from abuse and neglect to women in recovery from domestic violence and human trafficking. These eclectic experiences have further confirmed that therapy can help everyone. No matter the phase of life, we can all benefit from someone walking with us.
