I have been a counseling pastor since 1993 and in private practice since 2016, using person-centered, spiritual direction, coaching methodologies. I am a board-certified chaplain with many years helping people going through medical crises and losses. I've also done extensive work with clients raising special needs children and with adoption-related challenges. Another part of my practice is with clients whose loved ones are dealing with substance abuse and other addictions. My work also includes helping families impacted by incarceration. Another area of my practice is support for gay and queer people rejected by religious groups.

I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor II (LADAC 2), and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor I, (CADC I); in addition, I am on track to become a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP), and a National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level II (NCAC II).
