Joy Austin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee who has been practicing since 2018. She earned an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. Joy is very open-minded and accepting of people from all walks of life, as well as all gender identities and sexual orientations. She has always been drawn to help people who feel as if no one really understands them and what they have been through. Joy uses play therapy with children and teens to help them explore their concerns in a safe and fun environment. She uses CBT when working with adults and is trained in EMDR with clients of all ages.

Life tends to pile on, and sometimes the stress gets to the point where it just feels toxic. I provide individuals and couples a safe place to talk about their day-to-day challenges, especially those related to money, communication, career, and faith. I provide tailored psychotherapy for children/adolescents and their families.I have been working along side families for over 20 years in both urban and suburban settings including homeschooled, public and privately educated children. I have extensive knowledge of schools, special education laws and process. I am an empathic, down to earth individual who creates a safe, relaxed and warm environment for my clients. As a mother of two children, I understand how difficult it can be to be a parent. My approach is to help act as a coach/collaborator for parents by helping support them manage emotional and behavioral issues.

Robert Jackson IV is a black American cisgender male Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Tennessee who has worked throughout the social work field for 16 years. For the last eight years, Robert has been working exclusively as an outpatient therapist providing individual, marriage and family, substance-abuse, trauma, anger, and anxiety therapy for adults. He is optimistically helpful and very resourceful, while being very non-traditional and confrontational as well. LGBTQIA+ community are welcome. All races and religions are welcome as well.

Allison McDonald is currently only accepting new patients on a wait list. I chose to become a counselor because there is a great deal of hurt and pain in the world, but not many effective resources for healing. I have seen many hurt and angry people genuinely desire change but feel so stuck, they don't even know where to begin. Throughout my journey to become a counselor, I have learned that sometimes hope can be really hard to believe in and change can be really difficult.
