Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Services Provider. For almost 20 years, she has worked with adults and teens in a variety of settings in Texas and Tennessee. Amy believes in the mind-body connection, and the fact that our bodies carry our stories. Amy has experience working with individuals who’ve experienced complex trauma and complicated family histories, and understands the complexity of these experiences. She also has experience working with individuals with relationship issues, anxiety and depression, and adjusting to life changes.

I love counseling work with adults, adolescents, children (5 y/o+), and couples. Walking along with those experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, low self-esteem, unwanted pornography habits, and spiritual concerns. I believe clients are unique in what they need from therapy. I tailor my work to the individual and integrate different approaches as they are helpful, including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment theory, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.

I am the co-owner of Willow Springs Counseling and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 19 years' experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working with clients individually, as well as with couples and/or families. I use my own humanity and presence to be supportive and warm while helping direct clients in ways to promote the healing and growth they're seeking. I am also fascinated by the collaboration Christian faith/spirituality with evidence-based psychology, but make it my goal to love people well where they are and am respectful to clients' beliefs and values.

As a mental health therapist, I enjoy working with individual adults and teenagers, as well couples. I want to help provide space for people to heal and improve their lives, and I work toward this by viewing each client as unique individuals and tailoring counseling to fit their goals and needs. I am passionate in working with those who suffer from anxiety, depression, are who are in the middle of life transitions (such as grief, loss of pet/dream/job, moving), and/or are working through their mental health wellbeing in the context of work and career.

ABA Therapy, or Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy, is the most recommended treatment for individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disorders. While most ABA therapy programs focus on servicing children from 2-7 years old, Autism and Behavioral Center onboards clients up to 16 years old because some individuals need continued support as they age. We have broken down our ABA therapy programs by age group. In addition to one-on-one ABA therapy, we also provide ABA Parent Training and customized groups for clients receiving ABA therapy.

(Currently have waitlist) Some people feel stuck and unable to move past their worry, sadness, trauma, or grief. Others aren't quite sure why they feel the way they do, but know they want to feel differently. Coming to therapy can be a daunting and scary task, and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My aim is to help people along their journey of becoming un-stuck and finding clarity. This process is easiest when patients feel comfortable opening up and do not have to fear being judged for their inner thoughts.

We can work on a wide array of problems regarding yourself and your world. Ideally, therapy is a place for you to problem solve about things and identify helpful interventions that you can put into practice. But it can also be a place for you to talk about what can’t be solved.

Currently offering Autism and ADHD Evaluation for ages 4+. If you or a loved one have questions about development, speech, social skills or other struggles, Autism Testing may be necessary. I would love to serve you through an evaluation and see if a diagnosis of ASD is warranted. If you are struggling at home, school or work and are wondering if you have ADHD-give me a call! I work with adults, teens, preteens, and children starting at 6 years old. Many of my clients are looking for coping skills to aid with mood disorders, conduct issues, or impulse-control disorders, such as anxiety, depression, behavior problems, and ADHD. Some want to work through trauma or grief. Others have less common problems. However, all are looking to make a change, but they do not know how to or do not want to do it on their own.

Jenni loves working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She sees clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational-stress, and other mental health issues. Jenni has extensive experience working with clients affected by emotional trauma. She is trained in EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing and Brainspotting, which she uses to help clients process through trauma. She has a certificate in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. She also has advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.

I work with a range of clients and issues, but specialize in complex trauma and dissociation. I also do a lot of therapy with teens, young adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. My biggest strengths as a counselor are my compassion and open-mindedness. I meet clients where they are at, tailoring the work to your preferences and needs, whether you would benefit most from talk therapy, skill building, trauma processing, or a combination of these. This allows for individualized treatment plans and use of creative, validating techniques.

Hello! I'm Alexis, a creative therapist with a direct approach. I enjoy working side by side with my clients to help them reach their goals. Starting therapy is a difficult step for many and I aim to present a welcoming and safe environment for each of my clients. My clinical focus is working with individuals who have experienced trauma, have complex PTSD, or are working through dissociative disorders. In addition, I work with women who have ADHD— especially those that have been diagnosed in adulthood. I am trained in EMDR and in DBR levels 1-3 as well as adjunctive DBR trainings.
