My name is Christy Tunnell, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. My approach to therapy is one of open and honest communication between myself and my clients. I like to be direct but at the same time gentle. I also utilize humor in my approach when it is needed. My name is Sandra Holt and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in McMinnville, Tennessee, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.

I honed my helping skills providing over a decade of individual, couple, and family counseling and working several years in the crisis intervention and crisis stabilization field in the states of California and Virginia. My experience and knowledge equips me to share with others as a marriage and family therapist, minister, coach, consultant and author, and allows me to facilitate positive change in peoples' lives. As a helper of people, I understand that we, human beings, express our greatest potential when we discover and remove the obstacles that hinder our capabilities.

I have a license in Tennessee in Professional Counseling, as well as a license in the state of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. My graduate education was rooted in a family systems approach with a later focus on Christian Counseling. I have experience working with children ages 2 - 18, as well as adults of all ages, in a wide range of settings. As a result I am well prepared to work with the entire family system to help clients find long lasting healing.

Dr Nunley is an addiction psychologist and licensed marriage family therapist. She works with private clients, interns needing clinical supervision and consults for organizations that serve people with trauma and mental health struggles. Trauma-focused treatment is utilized as well as other holistic methods to achieve optimal wellness. Other areas of treatment specialty include substance misuse, body wellness, depression, anxiety, sexual trauma and first responder/military therapy.
