Are there things in your past that you just can’t seem to get over? Sometimes when bad things happen to us it causes us to believe things about ourselves that are just not true. Intellectually we may know that we are safe now, and that we are lovable and capable human beings. However, when we’ve experienced trauma, it may still feel like deep down we are not safe, that we are not good enough, that we are not capable of moving past these events so that we can become the best version of ourselves.
