As your therapist, my goal will be to build a trusting relationship that allows you to feel safe, heard, seen, and valued so that you have the confidence to take steps towards your individual and relational growth. We will work together to identify the barriers that have left you feeling stuck and disconnected from yourself and others, and seek to create avenues for healthy and fulfilling relationships.

If you are interested in working the deeper levels of personal growth, I specialize in Jungian dream therapy as well as teach Kundalini Yoga. Dreams are a reliable picture into the inner dynamics of the psyche whereas Kundalini Yoga focuses on changing the energetic patterns underlying emotional and mental states. This two tiered approach is highly effective for treating many forms of emotional imbalances, including trauma recovery, depression, relationship stress, anxiety, and reconnecting with authenticity and purpose.

My passion is to help the people who have spent their lives helping others. I recently retired after 27 years in the fire service and believe this experience makes me uniquely equipped to help first responders. My practice is trauma based and I offer EMDR to help deal with the trauma in the lives of my clients. While I hope to work with many first responders this is not the only focus of my service. I have nearly 10 years experience in treating addictions. My practice is open to individual, couple, and group therapy.
