My passion is to journey with individuals who struggle in life - whether life-long or due to a recent situation. I work with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, sex addiction, faith issues, addiction and other mental health issues. My goal is to journey toward health and wholeness in one's life.

Sometimes you may not know where to begin-or if to begin-an intervention process with your loved one. During an hour-long session, I can listen to your story and offer advice and feedback about how to approach your loved one and start the conversation about getting help. I also offer consultation to those suffering from addiction. We will talk about your fears about treatment, any co-occurring conditions that contribute to your substance use, and how to take control of your own recovery process.

Dr. Anna Wallace provides individual therapy, couples/marital therapy, group therapy, assessment, and consultation. She specializes in treating a variety of concerns including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, eating disorders, infertility, relationship/marital concerns, personality disorders, trauma/abuse, substance use issues, sexual issues, anger/irritability, stress management, career concerns, and treating those who desire personal growth. She is a certified Forensic Evaluator, conducts diagnostic and forensic assessments, and provides expert testimony in forensic cases.

I work with a wide range of populations from individuals, families, parents, premarital, ADHD, autism/Asperger's, giftedness, twice-exceptional (2e) & beyond. As a licensed marriage & family therapist, I believe in therapy for the whole person to include mind, body, spirit. We are all made for connection - to ourselves & to others. When we open ourselves to another person, we trust that person with our most vulnerable self. My goal is to provide that safe place. Success is defined in a number of different ways and is different to every person. However, it does not always translate to the happiness, mental wellness, or contentment that we may expect it to provide. In order to explore our own life satisfaction, we have to identify what brings that joy / fulfillment / purpose and what is standing in the way of these experiences / feelings, that may seem inaccessible for various reasons or in a certain stage of life. I like to say, "we don't know what we don't know," and gaining personal insight takes both time and intentionality. Once gained, this insight can be truly life-changing.

I take an integrative approach to sessions and love to apply many therapeutic modalities to fit each individual client’s needs.
