I have experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems and Solution Focused therapy techniques to help people to cope with depression, bipolar, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, and other major life transitions such as deciding to have children, launching children, and caretaking parents.

As a licensed individual, marriage and family counselor with over 25 years of counseling experience, my approach to therapy is one of commitment and collaboration.
