I believe that we all have the inner resources to overcome challenges and that sometimes we just need a little guidance to find and utilize those resources.
I approach clients in need with a direct skills-based approach while always holding an unconditional positive regard for the individual journey and path someone may be on. I am excited by both the large and small changes someone is able to make and strive to always do my best to be warm, approachable, authentic and encouraging.
