My approach is rooted in understanding and compassion. I believe in tailoring my therapeutic methods to fit the unique needs of each client, recognizing that no two journeys are the same. I am also preparing to study Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which I plan to incorporate into sessions to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. In addition to therapy, I offer coaching services designed to support your personal and professional development.
My specialties include Trauma (PTSD/ CPTSD) to include military and Civilian, substance abuse and addiction (and those affected by it), grief and loss, anger management, and professional coaching. Some of the modalities I employ are CBT, DBT, Gestalt, Somatic awareness, mindfulness-based approaches, and psychoeducation.
