I am committed to helping you gain insight into your relationships, resolve conflict and improve your relationship satisfaction.
Trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), I have a strong commitment to strengthen couples’ connections, helping partners open up with each other, & build/rebuild or revive their relationship bond. I provide pre-marital therapy with Prepare/Enrich; also short/long-term therapy through the use of Solution Focused & Cognitive Behavioral therapies.
I provide a safe, warm, nonjudgmental, and empathic atmosphere to build a relationship with you and help you reach your goals. I seek to empower couples, individuals, and families to overcome personal obstacles to improve their relationships.
