I'm a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, who has worked with numerous populations over the past 20 years. I became a Counselor as I wanted to help people improve their relationships, improve their ability to manage life stressors, and to feel more joy in their lives. I utilize a positive, patient centered approach, giving you the focus and attention to work on you. I will provide you with a warm, welcoming and secure space to help you feel comfortable in this journey. We will work together, in this process, at your pace and comfort level.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, along with dialectical behavioral therapy to help you recognize emotional struggles and guide you how to improve your functioning and thinking. I can and often utilize hypnotherapy as well as an effective alternative way to quickly improve your mood, symptoms and behaviors.
