"Black Women Flourish" is a 10-week psychotherapy group tailored for Black women, offering a supportive space to tackle unique stressors. Focused on holistic well-being, it combines stress management techniques with mind, body, and spirit approaches. Participants will engage in group discussions, skill-building, mindfulness, and personal reflection, addressing workplace challenges, life balance, and racial and gender-based issues, while building resilience. More than therapy, it's an opportunity for connection and support, empowering participants with tools for enhanced mental and emotional well-being.
