With over 15 years of experience, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through their toughest obstacles as a Provisional Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I prioritize cultural awareness and empathy in my work. I am currently dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming alcohol and substance use and abuse, as well as various well-known behavioral addictions such as gaming, hoarding, and internet addiction. I strongly believe in taking a holistic approach to treatment, addressing both the addiction and its root causes, while prioritizing the overall well-being of my clients.
I utilize evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), customizing my approach to address the individual needs of each client. I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can openly address their challenges, learn healthier ways to cope, and begin their healing.
