I am Tina O'Reilly, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families in both community and private practice settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, regulating emotions, managing stress, and navigating life transitions.
