Gradually, I'll introduce you to incremental exposures of feared events, beliefs, or experiences, helping you learn to manage the discomfort without resorting to compulsions. My team at NOCD and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Additionally, we have received intensive training ERP—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
When you start therapy with NOCD, you’ll work with either me or a colleague based on your preference and availability. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan to achieve your goals and offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone.
