There are several different types of clients I'm equipped to help - are you in the midst of major life transitions, ranging from pregnancy and postpartum to grief after losing a loved one? Are you caregiving with limited support? Or, have you been diagnosed (or suspect you could be diagnosed) as neurodivergent - perhaps with ADHD, Autism, or both? Reach out, and let's decide together if your issues are something I can help you with! We can work together, or I'll refer you to someone who may be a better fit. I am LGBTQ+ allied.
I offer coaching and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy for time limited, easily defined issues such as career decisions, or just "getting unstuck." I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy for more complex and mental health oriented issues. I am also happy to use mindfulness and somatic strategies when beneficial.
My professional roles have varied across the mental health industry, from an inpatient unit to hospice, but I've always felt privileged to be able to meet people in vulnerable and intense places.
