I have worked with adults and older adolescents suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, meaninglessness and isolation and understand every client is unique and needs to be heard. My goal is to empower my clients especially within relationships.
I have many years of experience working with clients with a variety of struggles including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss relationship conflicts, life adjustments and parenting and work stress.
