I am a warm and collaborative psychologist who completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Harvard University and have worked with people struggling with depression and anxiety for 10+ years. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) and mindfulness-based approaches for depression and anxiety disorders. I use techniques from these different approaches based on what could be helpful for you.
I am currently a psychologist at Massachusetts General Hospital and an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School. I have worked at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders, McLean Hospital's Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute, and Rhode Island Hospital's Acceptance and Mindfulness Based Partial Hospital program.
