Life is a journey and we are constantly learning about ourselves, others, and our surroundings. At times, we all need help and my goal is to support you when you are ready to seek help. I believe in meeting and starting where YOU are at in your journey. With over 9 years of experience in mental health and medical social work, my areas of expertise include: reproductive health, trauma, complex medical, grief, depression, and anxiety, amongst other areas. I am LGTBQIA+ affirming. I have worked with a variety of populations, and specializing in working with individuals 18 years and older.
Each person is different and understand may benefit from different approaches. My techniques include: person centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, schema focused therapy, along with other various modalities.
