I HELP: Individuals, couples, and families talk and relate to each other better so they can have more fulfillment and connection, especially in the kink, polyamorous, and LGBTQ+ communities. I AM: Non-judgmental, collaborative, funny, human, efficient, curious, authentic. I OFFER: Afternoon, evening, and late evening appointments during the week, including 7:00pm, 8:30pm, and 9:30pm session times. I SERVE: All of Washington State via telehealth, making therapy sessions easily accessible and convenient for clients. If you live in the Portland area, I am a short drive over the river for in-person sessions.
I HAVE: lived experience in these communities - LGBTQ+, kink, polyamory, evangelical, and non-theist. No matter your story, I want to hear you and help you connect in new ways. I SEEM: to do particularly well with clients from marginalized backgrounds who have felt judged about their identities, especially those in the kink, poly, and LGBTQ+ communities.
I SEE: Individuals, couples, and families. I VALUE: radical empathy, radical authenticity, and radical acceptance. Therapy does not have to feel overly clinical and diagnostic; I strive to make it an inviting, human space where your voice is the most important. Above all else: be seen, be heard.
