My treatment approach is person-centered, to empower you to understand that your experience of yourself and the world around you matters. I also incorporate psychodynamic, to explore and understand how you came to be who you are today. We will collaborate to to help you live the life you want to live.
As a Licensed throughout my years of experience in counseling, it has been an honor to join my clients on their respective journeys to becoming the best version of themselves. Day, evening, and weekend sessions available. Our private practice is open from 9 am to 9:30 pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9 am to 5:30 pm on Saturdays. Our professional and dedicated front desk team will always pick up the phone during these times.
