My work with clients combines Client Centered,Cognitive, Behavioral, and Family Systems approaches to custom fit therapy to the unique needs of each one of my clients. I assist those I work with in discovering the inner strengths that can empower them to make the positive changes necessary to live healthier, happier lives.
I work with individual adults across a wide spectrum of mental health issues and offer couples services through all the developmental stages of their relationship including parenting.
