I have over 15 years of experience working with children and families from the child welfare system, to the hospital/clinical setting, and recently providing teletherapy services to local schools and residences. During those varied experiences I have worked with people with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, self-esteem issues, bullying, chronic illness, failure to cope with a diagnosis, peer pressure, substance abuse, gender identity issues, and more!
I work with people in all stages of life. I provide practical, realistic, and goal focused intervention. My aim is to help clients work through areas where they feel stuck, unmotivated, or hopeless. I use a strength based perspective with achievable and actionable goals to help build motivation and provide the accountability to help see it through.
