I use a variety and Client-Centered techniques, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness skills with a Humanistic approach. I offer a space to explore existential crises, men's issues, body image, depression, anxiety, self-worth, and learning to care less and less about what others think. Clients learn to think for themselves using humor and love.
Since most therapists aren't men, I feel honored and privileged to be a healthy male role model for many of my clients. It's taken me time to better understand my emotions and be more expressive. Now it's your time. Lets take your power back.
