My theoretical framework begins with a client centered strengths based approach. I am trained in Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma Focused CBT. I utilize family systems and attachment approaches to help my clients recognize the foundation of their difficulty in order to resume healthy relationship.
I envision therapy as a hike we are embarking on together. There will be difficult climbs and easy wide paths. There will be times I am led by you and there will be times I will lead our journey. I look forward to meeting you wherever you are on your path.
