I believe in holistic therapy, which focuses on a person’s physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. My approach consists of CBT and EFT with clients as well. I am open to using techniques that benefit the client. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I also work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
I offer 60-minute sessions to all clients allowing them space to process, unpack, and understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. During the session, expect space to connect with the therapist in a safe, empathetic, non-judgmental, and supportive environment. I am open to integrating Christian models at the client's request.
I create a space for children, adolescents, and young adults to express freely issues of trauma, divorce, bullying, self-esteem, and how to create healthier coping skills. Each client starts the session with a blank canvas, and we begin with where the client feels safe to discuss first. I offer sliding scale rates are available.
