Are you a Caregiver, Parent, or Helping Professional/ Associate in need of clinical supervisor? It isn’t easy putting someone else’s needs above your own daily. It is also important to make space for your needs. This is an official invite to pause. I want to hear your values, your feelings, your goals. I will be a listening ear with more questions than answers. Think of me as a mirror to help you see and understand YOU more clearly. I’ll be a microphone for you when it is hard to hear your voice or need an advocate in your corner to help you get connected to resources. We cannot pour from empty cups; call and book time to fill up!
I will offer empathy because I care and because I can relate to the pressures of caregiving. I will partner with you and pull from case management expertise to aid you in finding answers that will bring you relief and add resources to daily life. Resource linkage, advocacy, and infusing therapy sessions with DBT's trauma informed model is what I offer.
There is not enough time in any given day. There are always more things to do- emails and phone calls to answer, a hand to hold, cuddles to give, meals to cook and well that's enough! That's enough to make any human being tired and looking for a place to rest and just be. You’ve found it! A judgment free zone to come as you are; to be well, to serve well!
