My role as a therapist is to meet you where you are in life and support You on YOUR journey. I aim to achieve this by understanding who you are as a whole person and not just one situation or circumstance in life, give honest and open feedback, coping skills and support.
My experience has has given me the opportunity to work with people of all ages. I have extensive experience working with a variety of anxiety disorders including selective mutism, depression, professional burn out and trauma. Sports performance is a special interest of mine as a former college athlete I understand the unique needs of athletes and coaches.
With more than 20 years in the behavioral health field, I have a variety of experience in private practice, wilderness therapy, hospitals, primary care and specialty medical clinics as well as in the school setting. My personality of being honest and thinking outside the box carries into my therapeutic style; I aim to be genuine in all situations.
