I specialize in working with children and adolescents but have experience working with individuals of all ages. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy along with a variety of other evidence-based practices to help you meet your individual mental health needs. I will provide a safe space for you to process emotions triggered by past trauma and life stressors.
