I believe one of the foundational components of healing is becoming empowered to develop the skills and acquire the tools necessary to manage life's stressors and reach a place of thriving. I use a solution-focused approach and evidence-based interventions to support clients in finding their power to make positive changes and improve their lives. I'm CBT+ certified and utilize cognitive-behavioral interventions to support clients struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, and other significant life stressors.
I am a gender-affirming therapist. My clinical specialties include mindfulness & organizational support for ADHD, individual and family support in embracing neurodiversity, CBT for depression and anxiety, parent coaching/support, women's issues, family therapy, and navigating significant, challenging, and unexpected life transitions.
I love helping my clients develop the tools they need to cope with all of life's challenges. Please contact me with questions or to schedule an appointment.
