Welcome! I am so glad you found me. Fostering a safe place to share and express yourself is very important to me. I am a highly trained therapist who works with children and adolescents ages 3-18 as well as young adults and parents. I received my undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University and my Masters in Counseling from the University of North Texas. I have also worked with foster and adoptive children and their families and I am trauma informed as well as having experience in education. I create an open environment with positive regard for my clients without judgment of the circumstances they find themselves in.
I have extensive knowledge of many modalities including play-therapy and I am training a therapy dog as well. I have experience with a multitude of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, abuse, ADHD, or other learning differences, behavior skills training and eating disorders.
