Are you feeling overwhelmed, longing for freedom and healing? You are not alone. I bring an integrative, compassionate approach to therapy, empowering clients journeying through life’s challenges, like trauma, abuse, and anxiety. My ideal client would be open and willing to work on healing, dedicated to the process of change. This may include individuals or families with relational or faith-based-issues, identity, acculturation challenges, diverse backgrounds and needs. I work with a variety of individuals from single parents, retired adults, college students, health/helping fields, foster families, musicians, & ministry/pastoral.
As a Registered Psychological Assistant at Journeys Counseling Ministry, under the license of Bill Fiala, PhD, I am passionate about providing specialized support for those dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, & life transitions. From a strengths-based approach, I invite individuals to embark on this courageous journey in therapy.
