Therapy is a powerful tool to find healing and create a life worth living. I believe you are the expert in your own life and my goal is to partner with you in the journey to excavate your own inner wisdom. I conduct therapy from an eclectic approach, utilizing emotionally focused, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy to understand processes and thought patterns that keep you stuck and to empower you with skills to manage distressing symptoms. We will then take a deeper dive to explore and heal from the root causes of your distressing symptoms and patterns.
I attended Amberton University and obtained my Master of Arts in Professional Counseling and have experience in outpatient mental health settings.​ I have completed levels 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I specialize in depression, anxiety, emotion regulation, trauma, women’s issues, attachment issues, and relational issues.
