I provide individual and family therapy for children, teens, young adults, & adults searching for growth & healing from the struggles of life. I take a holistic and person-centered approach and use methods that work for you to meet your individual needs. I also utilize animal assisted therapy with my beloved dog Lexie, who loves connecting with our clients.

I understand that seeking counseling for your child or yourself is not an easy decision & your comfort is important to me. My hope is that we form a relationship based on trust, connection & mutual respect. I want you and/or your child to feel heard, seen, validated, supported, & most importantly empowered & free.
