Are you waking up nearly every day stressed, worried and feeling overwhelmed? Can you no longer do certain things that you were once able to do because it seems to paralyze you? We get it and are experts when it comes to helping women overcome their struggles with anxiety and/or alcohol use.
We specialize in all anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety, obsessive compulsive, and panic attacks. We also help women who may be struggling with alcohol use or who may simply want to change their relationship with alcohol. We give you an educational foundation about your struggles and give you the tools and resources to overcome them.
We are in this together from day one. I am a wife and a mother and can relate to your struggles. I have overcome anxiety and panic disorder and I have several years of sobriety! I will create a safe place for you and will respect your confidentiality and privacy. You deserve freedom, peace, and happiness and we will help you get there!
