My goal is to walk with you towards greater understanding of yourself, deeper healing, and even freedom to live more fully.
I work with individuals (ages 10+) and couples of all identities, with a focus on anxiety disorders, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, self-esteem, perfectionism, and minority and immigrant experiences.
