Hi. My name is Tiffany Havlin, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy working with people from pre-teens to older adults. Some of my areas include grief/bereavement, stress management, depression, anxiety, and goal setting. The most common theoretical approaches I use include motivation interviewing, solution focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal and concern of the client helps determine the therapeutic approach.
My client focus includes the ages from pre-teen to older adult. Some of the areas in which I treat include grief/bereavement, stress management, depression, anxiety, and goal setting.
The first session is focused on clients understanding the therapeutic process and what to expect from this relationship. Building rapport and answering questions will be the focus of the first session.
