I am a licensed professional clinical counselor who specializes in working with athletes of all levels and disciplines who are interested in building their mental performance skills: building confidence, exploring motivation, injury recovery, perfectionism, resilience, improving focus, addressing anxiety, depression, etc. I also see clients who have a desire to heal their relationship with food, their body, and movement, and/or who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, especially adolescents and young adults. I have a background in treating clients with eating disorders and in helping athletes improve mental strength and sport performance. I offer a safe place to process emotions, develop insights, build mental strength, and find coping strategies to help you reach your goals.
My mission is to empower athletes, coaches, and clients to achieve their goals through a holistic approach that prioritizes the individual athlete and client as a complete person on and off the court, field, rink, so that they can show up as the best possible version of themselves in all areas of life.
