Ride the Wave
Ride the Wave is an introductory DBT Skills group for teens experiencing painful emotions and conflict in relationships. This Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills group will focus on teaching practical skills so that our teens find healthy ways to cope and live a more fulfilling life. This group will run for 8 sessions. MediCal accepted or private pay $25/session.
