Tiffany has a very holistic approach to therapy. Both of her studies in the US and abroad have given her a wide-ranging toolset on combating the many different issues one can face in life.
Tiffany works with Teen and Adults suffering from depression, trauma, addiction, PTSD, and abuse among other issues. She is certified in EMDR through EMDRia. She is trained in CBT and IFS. As well as trained and certified to administer LENS Neurofeedback.
Ultimately, Tiffany believes that everyone deserves a safe place to reach their potential. She believes that anyone can work through any obstacle life brings them with the right tools and support.
