I'm Tiffany and I'm a therapist who specializes in helping teen and young adult (Gen Z) women of color cope with their anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, and to heal from difficult past experiences.
I enjoy supporting Gen Z women of color to help them feel more confident to take on difficult changes, heal from trauma, and learn to feel more hopeful for their future. Therapy with me focuses on supporting you as a whole person and includes mind-body practices with a special focus on age, gender, race/ethnicity.
