Born and raised in South Carolina, I transitioned to North Caroling in 2017 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lander University. I later received a Master of Social Worker Degree from University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and has experience in crisis intervention, intensive in-home services and community-based mental health. . . . Navigating through those challenges can be hard and scary!
My goal is to create a judgement-free safe space for you to be exactly who you are. I take a holistic, client-centered approach to help individuals maximize their mind and body wellness. I use a combination of many therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Functional Family Therapy (FFT), & Motivational Interviewing.
