We are living in a world that is forever changing. There is no stop or pause button to help us catch up or even adjust. We are constantly bombarded with various life challenges. Most times when we are in the middle of those challenges we forget to check in with ourselves. We forget to nourish our spirits, minds and body. When that happens it can lead us to a dark place where our traumas and how we deal with them come to surface. Counseling can help address all these things and more. I can provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help deal with those challenges. We can work together to help you create a plan that best fits your needs.
I specialize in working with clients that experienced crisis, trauma, depression and anxiety. I have helped them with developing coping skills, self-care, relaxation techniques and much more. My approach is both person-centered and CBT. I focus not only on the needs of individual but identifying, challenging unhelpful thoughts and learning new techniques.
My goal is to create a safe space to help you explore your feelings, challenge your thought process and help you develop coping techniques to deal with the stresses life may bring.
