As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with approximately ten years of direct clinical experience, I have dedicated myself to providing my clients with the tools they need to meet their individualized goals. Though I have serviced a wide variety of clients, age ranges, and backgrounds, my current modalities focus on treating those living with complex trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, relationships, stress management, and mood disorders. I look forward to helping you on your journey towards feeling both heard and healed!
Much like our fingerprints, our individual stories are so unique. Similarly, I believe therapeutic interventions should also be tailored to each client's individual needs. My therapeutic style includes a combination of processing and structured techniques, alongside a strong therapeutic relationship, to help my clients become the best version of themselves.
